What happens if both pass?

Absolutely no idea.

The ARSC has dismissed the challenge to 6, but hasn't ruled on 7, yet. My totally non-legal-expert self wouldn't be surprised if they strike down 7, which is a shame, because it seems to be more focused on the person and not the corporate interests.

HOWEVER, Six is also a constitutional amendment, while Seven is just a statute (which means the legislature can "fiddle" with it after it (presumably) passes)..

My understanding is if they both passed whichever received the most votes won.

Next 6 has about 15 things you can get a prescription for

7 has about 52.

6 you can grow 3 plants

7 allows 7 plants.

6 is shite. 7 is much better

7 is like California and Colorado medical laws. 6 is some bullshite southern Baptist crony capitalism version where very few get to produce it, get the money, and very few get the bud.

I don't even smoke bud but I can tell you 6 isn't right.
