And that other stat line comes from a game in which they gave up 684 yards....

Well I mean since we are talking about better players usually when people with lots of money pick them in a draft the better ones go first.....so YES.
And Yes he will be the first safety drafted.
Teams who draft won't be looking at a DB collecting stats because he tackled somebody 8 times 15 yards downfield.
