There is only one "outlier" in the L5U history when you compare there win history vs one of the "Blue Bloods" that they face every year. During the Saban years at L5U they beet Alabama at a roughly 80% clip. The entire remainder of their history from 1895 til 2015 they have won at a clip of roughly 25%.

25% win rate vs the Blue Blood IS their NORM. That rate does not equate to a top program.

What the frick are you even talking about? Is this some borderline illiterate way to try and say because LSU has a losing record against Bama it's not an elite program?

Alabama REALLY sucked when Saban was at LSU.

If having a winning record vs Bama for any team that has regularly played Bama for decades is the barometer of being a top program, there are no top programs. What team having played Alabama more than 5x since the 1800s has a winning record vs Bama?
