It wasn't supposed to be a comp between Ansah and Jarvis as pro prospects, just a point of reference. He had 4.5 career sacks at BYU and went 5th overall. He had a decent senior year, destroyed the combine, and skyrocketed up the draft boards.

This happens with pass rushers more than anyone else. Carter going in the 1st round if he tests well is not out of the question.
