The whole Dillman covering for Elliott thing is not cool and becoming less so by the day ... no S&C coach should have this much influence over a HC. I can imagine it is going to become a problem.

Can you elaborate here? I'm confused. You saying Dillman sticks up for Elliott and is shouldering the blame for his pathetic OL? Why does Dillman have influence over Muschamp?

He's saying Dillman is old buddies with Elliot from long ago and Dillman comes to Elliot's defense a lot. Which he shouldn't really be doing considering his main objective is just making sure our guys are getting stronger, staying in shape, and avoiding injury.

His being friends and defending Elliot IMO was a key for Muschamp at first since the the thought was it would help create better chemistry in the coaching staff. But now that we know what we are dealing with in Elliot, Dillman rushing to the defense of Elliot is just delaying the inevitable, much to the frustration of the fanbase.
