We're going to have a helluva defense under mUSChamp ... (why does my autocorrect keep doing that with his name dammit), but ... should we worry about the offense?

I dunno why, but I have faith in Roper - provided Elliott gets canned. We deserve a better OLine coach - the players, the program, the fans.

they haven't nailed down the Rush D quite yet but it's hard to find great fault with anything the 2016 defense has done so far compared to the past 2 seasons.

I'm not sure what to make of our offense with regards to this staff just yet. I share your perspective on our current OL situation.

It may be a bit early to weigh in Roper's future success through 6 games with the multiple challenges USC's offense faces, lack of SEC caliber players in the trenches being the most noticeable. I hope by this time next season a lot of things work themselves out and the offense shows drastic improvement in all aspects. otherwise, what we see now may be all it's gonna be in a Muschamp program.

Thank god (or whatever mythical being) that doesn't happen to me.

I think if we had better OL/QB play then the offense would seem more explosive. After 6 games you can see we have weapons. Dowdle looks to be really good and AJ/Williams have played respectable. Deebo, Edwards & Davis when healthy have all looked pretty damn good for us this year. Crosby & Hurst both look like pretty good TE's when catching the football, they obviously need work on blocking though.
