A football game is meaningless right now.

Why do you keep creating threads to discuss football then?

I love how UF fans grow a heart in the day. Yesterday it was Gainesville was a bubble untouchable by a hurricane.

Prayers for those families but how does a football game change that outcome?

We fricking told you they would be. You said it was just some rain and wind.

Your bed. Y'all can lay in it. Make it out safely of course. Just don't whine to us about the severity. 2/3's of LSU's team in 05 had their families battling flood waters. We sympathize, at some point though you lose some of that sympathy when you ignore every warning sign

I had to spend 2 hours rearranging my garage so I could fit 3 vehicles in there for what will never be more than 30 MPH wind gusts here in Fort Lauderdale. My in-laws, BIL, SIL and their 3 kids came down from West Palm Beach and are spending the night. Does this little hurricane party we are having constitute "affected"?

You think they are all going to stay in Gainesville? No! They will evacuate like everyone else. Why not play a football game?

But but but, yesterday it was going to be all good to play there by Saturday.

Seems like I read somewhere that this would happen. Now where, where was it that I read that? Hmmm...
