Basically if the ball handler has the ball you can't touch him with your hand. You also can't body bump him to restrict his movement
Exception is you can arm bar defend someone in post backing you down

Appreciate it. The body bump part seems like it's called very subjectively.
I kind of miss the old days of physical defense. I know scoring was down and all, but I feel like I see so many free throws now. Pretty sure Bama and Florida combined for over 60 free throw attempts.
