did he apply for the permit before or after he was arrested
people do this with car insurance all the time

Bama fans. For those if us not well versed on the system, what is the limitation on legal issues where the player would be abandoned?
- 1st degree murder?
- 2nd degree murder?
- manslaughter?
- assault with a deadly weapon?
Everything else seems recoverable.
