Out of my arse or not, if Tim actually had his CCW it would of been reeased by now. How dumb do you have to be to think a receipt from the gun store would count as a CCW permit.
Tim will pay a minimal fine, and he will probably have to go through some kind of fire arm safety education class and maybe some community service hours for Coach Saban and that's all that will come of this.

Which is exactly the punushment he should recieve. Not arguing for a stricter punishment. Just trying to point out that he indeed broke the law. I'm sure davon broke the law as well, and he should also be in trouble.
