Oh I've had'em. They are no fun. I was playing in a men's over 30 baseball league back in the late 80s and I was running to first base trying to beat out an infield dribbler and I had one (or two) pop so loudly the guys in the 1st base dugout screamed in pain.
I could hardly walk for six weeks. The entire back or my leg was black and blue.
I've broken a lot of bone over the years, clavicle a couple of times, arms, hands, femur, hip, shattered ankle, fingers and toes. When I had my first heart attack and they were wheeling me in the emergency room and my wife handed the nurse my jacket and she looked inside, saw the body chart on the inside cover and asked my wife if I had lived through a bad car wreck or something.
But the hamstrings ... they are bad and they are lingering and they are painful. And they are often reoccurring for some.
We gotta get it corrected. Dillman is doing something wrong with the leg curls or something. Who knows.
