I wish him well, but put me in this camp.

Whether because he is getting terrible guidance from his parents, or he himself is responsible for his choice, the decision to leave mid-year shows neither self-confidence nor leadership.

Interestingly, you can say the same thing about his on the field performance this year. When faced with a pressure situation, he seemed to lose composure. It may have been because he was scared to get hit or it may have been that he was scared to make a mistake, but it really doesn't matter. A quarterback simply MUST have confidence and a certain level of swagger to be successful and at this point in his life, Barnett just doesn't appear to have it. Maybe he finds it somewhere else, but I've really got my doubts.
