He might have a hat but he isn't a fan. He's a foreign import who cam into the area because of the opening of the BAXTER plant a few years ago. More of a nutcase than fan of either team.

Hear ya. Guy isn't from the area. Isn't affiliated with the school. Might as well have been a Texas state trooper
