Yep - Jones is a very good CEO. He has rebuilt their organization and infrastructure and brought in a solid, deep talent group. If he can't coach and gets fired Tennessee will have some very good stuff to sell to interested parties.

This is what many SEC fans, and UT fans for that matter, fail to understand and appreciate. Butch has built us from up from the bottom. Are we Bama? No, but we aren't getting blown out by Vandy anymore.
Butch definitely has flaws as a game day coach, but he can build a program.
