Oh good heavens, Richt still coached 10 more seasons after that! We won the sugar bowl and finished #2 a mere 2 seasons later.

That game didn't expose richt for anything, WVU ran on everyone that year. And let's not forget we outscored them 35-10 starting in the 2nd quarter. That was just a case of making poor adjustments early and great adjustments later, just too late to overcome. I don't see how a 3 point loss in a BCS bowl game could have "killed our program" espeically considering that it didn't kill anything.

Yeah I don't think any game killed UGA's program.
