Do they take into account how a player is or isn't used and where or not that usage is proper (see Ingram, Mark for example of a franchise not using player properly)? And if Julio and Amari are "above average" and "average" instead of High Quality or Elite, then I'm not sure I value their ranking system.

They are game grades. Julio has been good but he hasn't had huge games yet and he's dropped 3-4 balls.

I only watched Amari vs the Falcons, and he had some ups and downs as well.

Julio will be a 92+ grade by year end. He always is.
