Here are some observations from the abbreviated media access period:
—Receiver ArDarius Stewart was spotted participating after sitting out the Tide's victory over Chattanooga on Saturday because of an unspecified team violation.
— Running back Bo Scarbrough was involved in drills after being sidelined Saturday for precautionary reasons. He sprained his knee Nov. 5 in a win over LSU and hasn't played since.
"He should be fine this week and able to practice a little bit more and maybe get himself a little more game-ready," Saban said earlier Monday.
—Left tackle Cam Robinson and right guard Korren Kirven, who both hurt their shoulders late in the Crimson Tide's victory over Chattanooga on Saturday, were seen going through drills. Earlier Monday, Saban said, "I think those guys are better than expected. I don't know that they'll be able to practice today but hopefully we'll have everybody back to practice tomorrow."
— Right guard Alphonse Taylor wasn't spotted. He hasn't played since suffering a concussion in a win over Arkansas on Oct. 8.
— Inside linebacker Reuben Foster's hand continued to be heavily wrapped in club-like form.
