True and we're very aware of it. We've got our own discussion going on about it on our board. Along with other issues like a very experienced QB v. a true freshman. We're not even agreeing with each other right now.
But GT (a.k.a. little brother) trash talking UGA or offering QB analysis is simply laughable.

Eh I'm not going to step in on some clean, old fashioned hate -- I'll leave that part to y'all.

That said, I think Eason's incredibly talented but the HS competition is one thing I wonder about. I may have to check out y'all's discussion of it. Regardless, any true freshman will take his lumps in this conference. As I said earlier, I'd have eased him into the role with in-game reps but relied on a steady hand to start the first game (starting against UNC makes me a bit less confident about that game than I was before) but that's just me. I can see the logic in getting it over with but I think it's a bit too risky in a game like UNC. If it were a smaller school it would make more sense to me.

In all honesty, UNC is kind of a throwaway game. A loss wouldn't hurt sec east chances (not saying that's a prediction, just a goal) but a win would be helpful for both the team and his develooment.

I don't think he'd gain anything by "learning" against Nichols st or ULL (I get that it's a live game but are these teams better than UGAs 3s?) and then having to start at ole miss because he looked good against low tier schools.

Might as well see what he can do against P5 and go from there. If he's awful, then Lambert can "manage" the offense till JE is ready. I get the psyche thing but honestly.if youre that fragile that you can't realize you need to develop then maybe SEC/NFL football is not the right career path.

Just my two cents.
