South Carolina's winning percentage is .511, which places them 82nd out of 128 FBS teams. Which means that three fifths (and very close to two thirds) of all FBS teams have a better overall record. The middle fifth would be average, top two fifths would be above average, bottom two fifths (where USCe resides) would be below average.
