It goes in cycle. Eventually, the West will go down and the East will go back up. Then after so many years, the East will go down and the West will go back up.

Of course it does.
-West won the first
-East won the next 6 in a row
-It was a 5/5 split over the next 10
-Now west has won 7 in a row
It'll change, not this year but within the next few expect the east to start pulling their weight again.
