There is inconsistency here in what he says (which is easy) and what he does (which is undeniable).

I personally know several players that have played for him and they would tell you this is bullshite too.

I am sure, as a Catholic and staring at the tail-end of his career, he would like to think of himself in this way, but his ambition, determination and desire for perfection will always outweigh his personal affinity for individual players. It is simply the way he is wired.

I find this post, along with many of the others on this subject, to be shallow minded and naive. Obviously folks don't have a clue as to what a TEAM is all about and where the coaches AND players of a TEAM should put their priorities. Today, Coach Saban took the scholarship left open by Mo Smith or Sheffield and gave it to a walkon (Moseley) who has busted his arse and done (for the team!) what was asked of him....some folks need to get a clue.
