I once had a pilonidal cyst(google that shite) and had surgery to have it removed. The first BM after the procedure was one of the worst experiences of my life. Toilet looked like a murder scene when I was done. I'll leave it at that.

Agree with the pilonidal cyst surgery post poop. Absolute worst. It was actually far worse than my thrombosed hemorrhoid surgery post poop.
Just being in a sitting position after a pilonidal cyst surgery is horrible for the first week or so. Mine had the additional pain of a post surgery infection. Then add on the backed up opioid factor and it was a triple whammy of pain.
