re: How serious do sec athletes take college classes?

I worked for an academic advisor at lsu and you wouldnt be surprised at what most of the athletes take while at the school. Its all bullshite classes where its an easy A(for good students) and attendance isnt required.
Its sad because 99% of them arent going to be a professional athlete and they waste their time at the school beyond the team they play for.

Seems like LSU has some problems then with their school system.
