Disclaimer: I am in Alabama.
That said, from posts on the Tiger Rant, one person said that Jones Creek Road was covered with water, but someone else said they drove Coursey Boulevard to Stumberg (which is near Jones Creek Road), and it was not under water. I also saw a video that Tiger Bend Road was completely under water. I therefore conclude that Jones Creek near Coursey is mostly okay, but Jones Creek near Tiger Bend is probably under water.
