Nah, he had a bad year off the court leading to a bad half season on it.

People are so quick to grill a player for their mistakes while completely ignoring a strong freshman year landing him on multiple all freshman teams and all SEC frosh.

I refuse to believe his half season last year is who he actually is, and more of a product stemming from 7 months away from the program suspended unable to practice and having a poor team in general.

Could have a different tune come January or so, but for now, I have not given up on him.

Meanwhile Randy Ramsey and other footballers get a thousand chances from the fans with their mistakes. Irks me.

Beard's a criminal cancer. Ramsey fricked off w/ the other Florida boys and then got his act together and earned his way back.

Night and day difference especially considering that Beard should be in prison not in Spain playing hoops while getting his education paid for.

We should use the Beard case in recruiting to show stud athletes just how much you get taken care of as a Hog athlete.

If you happen to screw up and get on the wrong side of the law, Arkies will give you a creampuff judge and sentencing will be practically nothing.

Don't think Ramsey was charged with a crime, unless I missed it. Pretty sure he was fricking off, not going to class and team meetings.
Far cry from counterfeiting charges.
