Basically every sport UGA plays has been worse than when previous ADs (even Evans) were in place, and it's been long enough to where we have a pretty good sample size.
He's also brutally bad at PR. See Gurley fiasco, Richt firing presser, AJC leaks about football program turmoil, etc.
He was good at being Jeremy Foley's errand boy, so that's something.

To be fair, he's had to replace icons in gymnastics and women's basketball. Fox just finished the best 3 year run in men's basketball history. Stricklin needs to do something this year. He replaced a football coach who was wildly popular to a large contingent of fans and may or may not have made a home run hire with Kirby. I think it's unfair to call him a shitty AD at this point.

I agree with most of this but some of it is pure speculation.
