ISIS is something that's also a flash in the pan and overblown.
The United States spends an estimated $100 billion annually on counter terrorism.
We spend $5 billion annually on cancer research.
Over the past 20 years, fewer than 200 Americans die annually due to terrorism (and yes, the vast majority of that number is due to 9/11)
Cancer deaths in 2016 in the United States are projected to be nearly 600,000
but ooh, terrorism is scary..
