Bama:

190 total yards with 1 TD. I'd say that's slightly above average. Good if I'm going to be generous.
I know objectivity is a rare thing with 99% of the posters here so I will quietly digress.

You left off Receiving 1 reception 58 yards 1 TD.
So he rushed for 136 yards, passed for 83 yards and caught for 58 yards...
That is 277 total yards and 1 TD (against the 2nd rated defense in the SEC).
