I've heard from a friend which is not a reliable source that he is getting a 4 million dollar raise.

He will probably be a fairly good AD for Baylor. His professional contacts are in Texas, and he can shuck and jive through the next few years in football what with the whole Rapist University they have going on.
Just say the right words and the donors will keep on giving in Texas.
For Mizzou he was a flop. A fund raiser is great and all but a lack of money coming in is the least of Mizzou's problems. Even after the whole BLM thing y'all have plenty of money.

How much was he earning before? And what did he do to impress Baylor to pay him more?
