See, I didn't think this at all. Barnett looked decent in some aspects, but to say that he was "by far" the best looking is erroneous.
go watch it again, hes the only qb making reads and going through progressions (the 1st team guys had no time), made some really nice throws into tight windows with great accuracy and arm strength, and he moved the team every time he was in. Also, its just my opinion that he looked the best by far, so frick off with your erroneous.

Hurts got away with some stuff and his numbers looked better than he played.

I don't understand this. What does this mean?
it means hurts made some pretty poor throws that either luck or the reciever turned into a good gain. People freaked out because he made that nice td pass (was a better catch than pass tho), but like 2 plays before he throws a surefire pick that cam sims somehow comes down with. Not saying hurts doesnt look promising, especially for a true freshman, but i seriously doubt he starts before barnett, who is kiffins guy.

I think you're spot on. Barnett looked like the best QB to me on A-day. Hurts has a promising future, but I think Barnett starts at least a couple of years while Hurts waits.
