Let me put it to you this way....this ain't Hootie's first run in with Coach on this very issue.

Now, I don't know who mandated the Bradford drug rehab program for these two cats, or who imposed community service work, or who dictated that they attend gun safety education, or ride night patrol with the police. But obviously those requirements were handed down by someone in authority because these guys have been active in those tasks for the past 5 weeks, all prior to the DA's ruling.
