Ok, so it's Cam's rental car that he paid for and the gun is under his seat. But we can't prove that is his gun?

Not when there are 3 other people in the car.
This is SEC justice. Like it when it is in your favor and complain about it when it goes in favor of a team you don't like (see Hill, Jeremy and Jefferson, Jordan for Bama fans; Marshall, Nick for Arky fans; Newton, Cam for MSU fans; and, apparently, Robinson, Cam for LSU, AU, OM fans)
