They got off congrats, you don't have to convince the rant they were going over bible studies. We all know they were smoking

My point is did Saban drug test them?

A half a gram of pot...less than the size of my thumbnail...they were not arrested for being intoxicated. The drug aspect in this case just doesn't fly. It's also not illegal to exercise your 2nd amendment rights just as it's not illegal to be out at 3:00 am.

The only troubling aspect was possession of a stolen handgun and has been explained time and time again, if he can prove he had no knowledge of it being stolen, then we were probably going to have this outcome.....particularly if the search was shaky.
