What did they say they were doing out there? Honestly curious. Were they just winding down from a day at the shooting range 8 hours earlier?
They both have parents houses with couches and tvs, bedrooms as well if they were just hanging out.

What difference does it make? It's not illegal to be out at 3:00 am so its irrelevant.
The drug aspect in all of this is b.s. It was less than a gram of marijuana and they weren't intoxicated.
