It was half a gram, and the incident report says nothing about them smoking. It sells he detected a "strong odor", but mentions no ash, residue, pipes, bongs, rolling papers, or anything else that indicates that they had just smoked. He found half a gram of unburned weed in a bag, and that is the only noted source of the "strong odor".

What did they say they were doing out there? Honestly curious. Were they just winding down from a day at the shooting range 8 hours earlier?
They both have parents houses with couches and tvs, bedrooms as well if they were just hanging out.
You go to a park at 3am to hook up or to get high. If they are lovers I apologize
