re: How often do you talk to your father?

Here and there. I'm always reaching out. He's called once (this past christmas) of his own doing. I went about 8 months without talking to him. Got really tired of being the only one trying so I wrote his new wife a fb letter saying I wasn't calling anymore. Somehow she turned that around on me as I was the problem. So I said frick all of you then.

He called a week later all apologetic. I took it with a grain of salt. He left the south with his new wife to start a new life. When he left told everyone but me on his side of the family to never contact him again. Same man walked out of the funeral home while we were making arrangements to bury his only biological child after starting a fight over expenses. Then left before the funeral back to the Pacific NW. Is what it is.

Oh and for father's day he went to a logging museum and ate beans and cornbread for supper. Why he left the south I have no idea.
