The last two seasons your baseball team has won 99 games and has failed to make the trip to Omaha.

How big of a concern is this for you? Is there a reason in your opinion? Is it just turning into bad luck? Is there a strategy issue coaching wise? What are your thoughts?

Their team seemed to be loaded this year and didn't even make Omaha. What the hell

If they couldn't make it to a CWS this year, I don't think they ever will again.

We crapped the bed at home against a team that's had a lot of baseball success in recent times. We put up a good fight, but that one bad inning in game 3 cost us.

It's hard to explain at this point. The baseball tournament is pretty random (as this weekend showed) and I don't think the mental toughness is quite there with this group despite the talent. That may be a coaching thing. They had to have been waiting a year for this moment and they came out and completely shite all over themselves last night.

I feel like baseball more so than the other two major sports is about being there every year, FSU aside most schools that do this break through at some point, but it's getting pretty frustrating.

TCU is a bad matchup for them. I'm not sure it is their fault the committee keeps pairing them up in the supers.

When THE University of Texas makes a homerun hire, the state of Texas will be put back in order and the Aggies will know their place.

I'd say it's a huge concern at this point. They're basically coached by Mark Richt - always win a lot never win it all.

Truth. The team has been underachieving by tightening up in big games. Ags point to Childress for not being relaxed.

Ten years is sufficient time to collect data to make an informed decision. We'll see if our new AD is capable.

This thread is like catnip for ranters who try to troll Aggy, started by a ranter who likes to try and trill Aggy.

Disappointing. We move on and keep trying.

Don't feel bad aggies. State shite the bed too. Loss 1-0 in game 1. The approach to The plate was horrible. It was swinging early in counts and not doing what State has done all year. That is getting timely hits. Hudson did his job allowing only 1 run. Game 2, the approach to plate was much better and it showed. 5-1 lead in the B8 , I thought State will see tomorrow. The bullpen shite the bed a 3 run bomb and after that it was a wrap for the rest of the game.
