MSU game one more example of "home" team getting jobbed by NCAA

A national seed hosting a Super should get last bats in every game. I get that a Super with 2 #2 (or lower) seeds complicates things, but this just does too much to negate the benefits of working hard enough to be a national seed.
Zona probably would have won anyway, but still...

quote:Why just limit it to national seeds? The hosting team should always be the home team. It's stupid to have it any other way.

If you're playing at home, you should get all of the advantages of playing at home. Last at bat, your choice of dugout, etc. The NCAA schools have a serious divide in resources, facilities, money, etc. To pretend otherwise by throwing a school a bone with last at-bat is beyond stupid.

That isn't on the NCAA. That was the worst managed game I have ever witnessed in person. This one is on Cohen and crew.

Take your loss like a man and quit being a bitch. The NCAA had nothing to do with you losing this game or yesterday's game. Arizona just the better team.

They still woulda made sure they won. They're the feel good story. David vs Goliath. They'll talk about them knocking us off for weeks

I really thought when State got out of that jam in the bottom of the 8th, they had it. I had turned to the LSU game by then, but was really shocked when they showed the score and Arizona had tied it in the bottom of the 9th.
