The bands only have like 20 seconds in between plays where they are allowed to play. I'm pretty sure there is going to be some overlap.

I think you realize this is not what he was talking about...it is a dick move in a timeout, quarter end or other extended period between plays. However, I don't really give a shite one way or the other.
