Smith was hired as an interim, he was never hired as the head coach at arkansas. shite happens when your coach fires himself in April

With regards to lsu, the only thing that sucked with aTm coming in was losing our annual national tv audience for our annual arse kicking of the so called national power house cats
Then along came the SEC network and the nation still gets to watch the annual cat stomping

The ratings are better with aTm due to the population in texas, which I clearly listed as the one disadvantage of arkansas' program when compared to lsu as well

Hell we wanted the Aggies in the conference. We've always gotten along with them. Now we can have someone in the conference that hates that school in Austin as much as we do.
No, what we are really mad about with the switching of the schedule is that now we have to play Mizzou at the end of the year and unlike LSU if they have a good team they won't just roll over and quit after they lose a game.
Every year its the same song and dance from y'all, after the Bama game (and loss) our team didn't have anything to play for and that is why Arkansas beat us or played us tough! Never mind that we play Alabama before you and we don't give up on the rest of the season.
We don't deny LSU has a lot of talent, y'all just don't have the chest lately.

This is what sums up Arkansas. You hold on to these "rivalries" so tight because it is the only shot that you have at relevance with the big boys. You aren't even a pimple on UT's arse when it comes to historical significance but you want to be sooooo bad.
You are like the little brother that annoys the big brother and his friends until he catches a beating. Sure you might get a nut shot in every now and then but a majority of the time nobody will even acknowledge your presence.
