If that is the case Tillman, Alabama in 2011 should not of been in the NC game with LSU, because LSU beat their arse at Alabama, a game that most people cherry pick to forget about. I was pulling for Clemson to beat Bama because I wanted to see another team win a NC. You can have excuses all you want, but Clemson still LOST. Hell, LSU fans did not even know that the LSU QB, Harris had a major injury the last 4 games of last season until he was operated on and such, but shite happens and it is no excuse.

everybody is aware clemson lost
but that doesn't mean that i can't point out that bama likely loses if kicking team could not catch their own kicked ball (which i see as evidence the kicking team is way too close to the receiving team).
bama shouldn't have been in that title game. that was the epitome of SEC and bama bias. saban had said in prior years that a team that didn't win its division and maybe conference as well shouldn't be in the title game
i would never take any team that lost at home for the playoffs if there were 1 or 2 loss teams available that did not lose at home. home losses should have a greater adverse impact on team's resumes for the playoffs
