Little tigers can;t stop talking about daddy. When they get called out then they change the subject from baseball. So insecure.

A&M ice cream stand holds about half of our single game regional record.
And? That didn't stop A&M from sweeping your arse in front of record crowds. I didn't start this thread. We all know this is a thread about Mississippi State patting theirselves on the back.

And still didn't stop us from Winning the SEC Title; but, my comment was more directed at the fan that Stated most likely, sorry.
UM or LSU may very well set a new record.

P. S. I thought A&M earned the #1 seed; although UF, I think is the Best Team in the country.
We'll soon find out...can't wait, should be entertaining.

Where did you get the single regional game record from? The first LSU regional game I decided to check had over 12,000.

Yeah I thought state had over 14k for a regional game

I enjoy shite talking as much as the next, but c'mon man. Don't bring up football in a baseball thread.

That's correct. They actually decreased the size of the stadium at the rebuild, with the purpose of creating really good season tickets. If you don't have a season ticket, and you're not a student who manages to get a ticket, then you're going to pay through the nose to get in a big game. And for the smaller game, there are way too many unused season tickets. It's hurt the atmosphere, I think.
But it has done what the athletic department wanted; it allowed lots of money to come into the program, because if you want to be assured of tickets, you have to buy season tickets.

I'm starting to like Aggie fans more than LSU fans on here, and it's not even close really.

Every school that sells out season tickets has that problem.
LSU publishes Paid & Actual Figures, whereas State publishes Actual, I think...

What I'm saying is that the smaller number of tickets drove up the prices quite a bit.

No doubt, thankfully, Regional tickets are not part of season tickets, assuring good attendance; although the secondary market prices will remain high.
