Matched up with Clemson in the SR round. I sure hope Holbrook proves me wrong about losing in the SR round. Will be sick if we send the Tigers to Omaha.

It's kinda setting up to look that way, isn't it? I sure hope not: Holbrook and his staff hasn't made me a believer yet that they are capable of getting their teams fired up and focused with senses of urgency yet. This is an occasion for the team to really get emotional about what they can accomplish during this post-season. The talent is there - I'm just not sure that the passion to play their best is.....

I'm more worried about getting out of regional. Last time didn't go so well

I've been saying all year, if Holbrook can't at least get to Super Regionals this year, then he's not the guy for this job. period.
However, now there's a new dimension to the equation. We MAY be playing a rival in Super Regionals, and we won't be POSSIBLY playing that rival at our park b/c melted late in the season. We lost 2 of our last 3 SEC series and then the first 2 games of the SECt...that is what cost us our National Seed. Had we either won both those series or the first 2 games of the SECt, we would have been a lock for a National Seed.
So now we could POTENTIALLY be playing a rival team that already beat us this season, at their field, b/c they got things done at the end of the year and jumped us in the rankings while we faltered.
If Monte Lee gets to Omaha in his first year at clemson and Chad hasn't seen Omaha inhis first 4 years, at an actual National Championship level program, I know who Tanner's first call should be to.
