I see Cohen is taking a page from Mullen's playbook.
Should teams like Texas Tech and State still get a national seed when they go 1-2 in their conference tournament, over teams with similar RPI, and a better record that win 4-5 games?

TCU went 2nQ last year and still got one. You're putting way too much stock in a tournament the committee doesn't usually do.
State, like A&M, went 9-1 in conference series this year. We both have had the national seed locked.

Ole Miss could sweep the tourney and still not get a national seed. State had it on lock 2 weeks ago. Get on our level.

Hey Reb, I agree with you. I think if you or LSU win the Tourney there should be a NS in line. However, Life's not fair. State will be a NS and no matter if you win out, there will be NO NS. Remember, Cheaters never get a Break

I've said all along that Ole Miss deserves a national seed.
As for us, we played well enough to win the SEC regular season and earned the right to suck at the tournament. Which we did. We will rebound in the Regionals.
