Well this all comes down to what is found with the Tunsil stuff. From everything Miller gave them I'm surprised he didn't give that up if it is an infraction. But Tunsil's attorney was wrong.

Fam, you got 8 alleged Level 1 violations before the Tunsil stuff. It's gonna be a bumpy ride.

No, this is already a big deal and going to hurt for the next few years. I guess it could get a lot worst though.
