That Sanders stuff should have expired anyway. And let's not lose sight of the fact that all of the Tunsil stuff has already been punished and he was reinstated by the NCAA after they reviewed the evidence. The NOA was to formalize everything.

- There's no evidence of coaches "cheating"
- There's no evidence of buying recruits
- There's no institutional control issues

The only way I see them saying anything in regards to "institutional control" regarding the Football team would be the fact we weren't able to track what car Tunsil had. We admitted it and beefed up our compliance department. However, when a kid racks up something like 14 parking tickets to not let anyone track him there really isn't much you can do other than babysit the individual....which is a violation and requires said kid to pay $33 a night for sleeping on the couch
