So little and Eason (true FR) are already better players than Malachi dupre and cam Sutton (potential first round picks this upcoming draft)?

So Little abd Eason who have never played a down of college football are rated higher than Ross who had 88 catches and 1000+ yards and Haynes who has been a force for ole miss? Both of which project to be drafted. I don't get why these list include guys that have never played. There are such things as busts.
