The biggest chunk of that COA is Residence Hall + Meal Plan, which comes to almost $12,230 a year. You only have to be on that for your freshman year, then you can live in a roach infested apartment and eat Krystal everyday. Like a real college student.

Or you can let your kid suck off your tit like Irons Puppet said, and buy a house on campus. Let your first kid live there with a couple of roommates and use the rental income cover the mortgage costs. Then when the next tit sucker graduates high school in two years let him live in the same house and do the same.

All the while when you and the wife go back to T'town on fall Saturday's you have a house only a few blocks from the Strip and BDS that your drunk arse can wobble back to after a huge Bama win! Rest up, take the tit suckers out for Sunday brunch and head back home until the next weekend when you do it all over again.
