A judge just issued an order to Harvey Updykez; "You must maintain a distance of at least 200 feet between yourself and Tom Brokaw. In addition, you must maintain a distance of at least one and a half times the average lateral tree root length of any tree(s) belonging to Mr. Brokaw."

If Brokaw really wanted to get the Gumps in a frenzy he should have said Bama only has 34 national championships instead of 36.
Brokaw wouldn't have a tree living in his yard by now.
