I understand what you are trying to do, but it simply wont work. nobody cares about state college. state college is not a threat to the status quo of the SEC football hierarchy. they are cannon fodder for the conference heavyweights. nobody cares about them

State has 2 choices.
Keep him and try to rehabilitate him. Make him a good citizen. Work at this but give him a very shirt leash.

Or

Cut ties with him. Then Freeze offers him which would definitely happen. Along with all OM fans instantly praising him. However, then he would be giving free reign to continue down his current path. His behavior would not only be fostered but mixed with drug use and complete protection from consequences. Anyone he hurt or victimized would be trashed by the coaches and administration in the media, in order to protect the university and keep him on his path to the NFL. Where sooner or later he ends up broke or in jail.

Thanks a lot Alabama. You sleepwalk through two games against OM and now they think they are relevant despite the fact that they haven't been to an SEC Champ game.

Why do you refer to MSU as state college as if it's some negative term?
